  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Use homemade or store-bought, sugar-free if preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil or melted butter.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Alternatively, use fresh minced garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Try smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning mixture.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs evenly.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. During the last 5 minutes, brush BBQ sauce over the chicken.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
