Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 lb Brussels sprouts (halved)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • toasted pecans for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by washing the Brussels sprouts thoroughly. Trim the ends and slice them in half.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Carefully place the tossed Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Finishing Touches
  1. While the sprouts are cooking, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Once the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden, remove them from the air fryer.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic and honey mixture over the hot sprouts and toss gently to coat them evenly.
  4. Top your Brussels sprouts with toasted pecans for a delightful crunch.
