Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place coated chicken pieces on the baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cooking
- Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
- While baking, combine orange juice, soy sauce, orange zest, honey, and garlic powder in a small saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Serving
- Drizzle the thickened orange sauce over the baked chicken and serve immediately.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can freeze for up to 2 months.
