Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, chopped dill, chopped parsley, melted butter, and minced garlic. Stir until evenly coated.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread Dijon mustard over the tops of the fillets.
- Press the panko mixture firmly onto the mustard-coated salmon fillets.
Cooking
- Arrange the fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the topping is golden and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For freezing, wrap each fillet properly to maintain quality.
