  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Can substitute with plain yogurt or cottage cheese.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Use homemade or vegan ranch if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Opt for milder sauce if less heat is desired.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divided for mixing and topping.
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos Fresh or pickled; omit for less heat.
For Serving
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks For dipping.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped jalapenos.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until well blended and smooth.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let it sit briefly before serving warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave.
