  • 1 pizza crust ready-made pizza crust For quick assembly.

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For gooey, melty perfection.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the sliced red onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  6. Distribute the cooked ground beef and onion mixture on top, and finish with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
  1. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. After baking, allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
