Main Ingredients
  • 2 boxes lime or grape gelatin Choose high-quality gelatin with no artificial flavors.
  • 2 cups boiling water Used for dissolving the gelatin.
  • 1 cup cold water Added to the gelatin mix.
  • 1 cup evaporated milk Provides creaminess to the jello.
  • 1 piece brain-shaped mold For creating the brain shape.
  • to taste whipped cream For serving.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by boiling 2 cups of water. Pour the boiling water into a mixing bowl, then add the 2 boxes of lime or grape gelatin. Stir for about 2 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  2. Once the gelatin is completely dissolved, stir in 1 cup of cold water and 1 cup of evaporated milk. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  3. Carefully pour your gelatin mixture into the brain-shaped mold, ensuring that it fills each cavity evenly.
  4. Place the filled mold in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
  5. When ready to serve, briefly dip the mold into warm water for a few seconds to loosen the edges.
  6. Carefully invert the mold onto your serving plate, revealing the shape. Serve with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
