Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled brown butter with both granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract into the sugar mixture. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
- Fold in the grated zucchini, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store wrapped at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat slices as desired.
