Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Start by breaking the cauliflower into florets.
- Rinse the florets under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until fully combined. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Roll the floret in almond flour until it’s covered completely.
Cooking
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat.
- Place the almond flour-coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray them lightly with cooking spray to aid in crisping.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they cook evenly and turn golden.
- In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with the melted butter.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked and crispy, remove it from the air fryer and toss the florets in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
- Return the sauced cauliflower florets back to the air fryer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for about 2 months. Reheat using the stove top for best results to maintain crispiness.
