  • to taste salt and pepper Enhances flavor.
  • as needed lemon wedges For serving and adding brightness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken by placing diced chicken in a bowl and pouring the butter chicken sauce over it. Mix well and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in the center.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, warm the naan breads in a preheated oven or skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Assemble the bowls by placing a warm naan on a plate and layering it with a scoop of cooked rice followed by a generous portion of the butter chicken.
  5. Top the filled naan with a spoonful of yogurt and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra flavor boost.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken longer than 30 minutes and ensure naan is warm before serving. Avoid overcooking the chicken to prevent dryness.
