Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed, drained)
  • 1 can chopped artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 3 cloves minced garlic

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and minced garlic. Mix everything until well blended and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small cauldron-shaped oven-safe dish or a regular baking dish for a more traditional look. Spread it out evenly to ensure even cooking.
  3. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until it bubbles and turns golden brown on top.
  4. Once baked, for a fun touch, place the hot dish inside a larger black cauldron prop for serving.
  5. Remove the dip from the oven, and allow it to cool slightly before serving. Pair it with tortilla chips.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for about 2 months. Reheat on the stove or microwave before serving. Avoid overcooking the dip and ensure proper seasoning.
