Ingredients
  

For the Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Choose darker colored graham crackers for more flavor.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Provides richness.
For the Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Gives structure.
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder For deep chocolate flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips For melted pockets of chocolate.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a sturdy crust.
Make Brownie Batter
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt until thoroughly combined.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and beat until everything is well-blended and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the brownie batter evenly over the graham cracker crust in the baking pan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. The center should be set but still slightly soft.
  2. Once the brownies are baked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top. Return the pan to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
