Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a sturdy crust.
Make Brownie Batter
- In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt until thoroughly combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and beat until everything is well-blended and smooth.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly over the graham cracker crust in the baking pan.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. The center should be set but still slightly soft.
- Once the brownies are baked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top. Return the pan to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
