Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Begin by cooking the whole wheat penne according to the package directions. Add a bit of salt to the boiling water to enhance the flavor. Once al dente, drain the pasta and set aside.
Preparing the Chicken
  1. While the pasta is cooking, season the diced chicken breasts with black pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Adding Garlic and Tomatoes
