Melt the Caramel
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramel sauce according to package instructions.
- Dip each apple into the melted caramel, letting excess drip off.
Cool the Caramel
- Place the caramel-coated apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them cool until the caramel hardens completely, about 30 minutes.
Prepare the Chocolate
- While the caramel sets, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in another microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
Chocolate Coating
- Dip each caramel-coated apple into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
Add Toppings
- While the chocolate is still warm, roll the apples in assorted toppings, ensuring even coating.
Set the Chocolate
- Return the decorated apples to parchment paper and allow them to cool until the chocolate is completely set, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
