Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, diced onion, minced garlic, and kosher salt. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
Glazing and Baking
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Brush half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Serving
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 3 months.
