Making the Frosting
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy, then gradually add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla, beating until smooth and fluffy.
Frosting
- Once the cookies are completely cool, generously frost them with the prepared vanilla buttercream.
