Ingredients
  

Cheeses
  • 1 block Assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, goat cheese) Choose high-quality cheeses for best flavor.
Fresh Fruits
  • 2 cups Fresh fruits (apples, pears, grapes) Slice apples and pears just before serving.
Nuts and Dried Fruits
  • 1 cup Nuts (walnuts, pecans) Scatter them throughout the board.
  • 1 cup Dried fruits (figs, cranberries) Provides sweetness and texture.
Condiments
  • 1 jar Honey or maple syrup Serve in small bowls for drizzling.
Accompaniments
  • 1 package Crackers or bread Place around the edge of the board.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Select a large serving board or platter that fits all ingredients.
  2. Arrange the assorted cheeses on the board, cut into wedges or cubes.
  3. Slice the apples and pears into wedges and arrange them around the cheeses.
  4. Scatter grapes throughout to fill in gaps.
  5. Add small bowls of honey or maple syrup for drizzling.
  6. Scatter walnuts and pecans throughout the board.
  7. Sprinkle dried figs and cranberries for added color and sweetness.
  8. Serve with crackers or slices of bread around the edge of the board.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid overcrowding the board for visual appeal. Let cheeses sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
