- Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines thoroughly, creating a smooth sauce.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta into the sauce, ensuring it's well-coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The sauce can be frozen for up to 2 months but tastes best fresh. Reheat gently.
