- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, ranch dressing, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in half of the crumbled bacon and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spread it out evenly, and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven, top with the remaining bacon and chopped green onions. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole is versatile; you can add vegetables or use turkey instead of chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
