  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add the softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the caramel sauce, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more brown sugar or caramel sauce as desired.

Notes
