  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Other cheese options include pepper jack or mozzarella.

Preparation
  1. In your slow cooker, add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir everything until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Set your slow cooker to low and allow the mixture to cook for 2-3 hours, until hot and bubbly.
  2. Once the dip is hot, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and the diced green onions, if using.
  3. Let the mixture cook for another 30 minutes to melt the cheese.
  4. Once the cheese is melted and everything is mixed well, serve warm alongside tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave.
