  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Red wine vinegar can be a substitute.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the red onion, then add it to the bowl with the cucumbers.
Make the Dressing
  1. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and red onion mixture and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
Chill the Salad
  1. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
