- In a food processor, combine the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, being careful not to over-blend.
- Add the chopped fresh herbs to the processor and pulse briefly to incorporate them into the mixture.
- Transfer the creamy dip to a serving bowl and drizzle a little extra olive oil on top for added richness.
- Serve the dip with an assortment of crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dip can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before using.
