  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce Feel free to adjust according to your sweetness preference.
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup Can be substituted with simple syrup, maple syrup, or agave.
  • Ice cubes Fill generously to keep your drink cool.
  • Whipped cream (optional) Coconut whipped cream works as a dairy-free alternative.

Preparation
  1. Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee. Let it cool completely.
  2. Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the milk over the ice in your glass.
  4. Add your vanilla syrup to the milk and ice mixture. Stir gently.
  5. Once cooled, slowly pour the coffee over the milk mixture.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of your drink.
  7. If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  8. Enjoy your delicious iced caramel macchiato!

Notes

Store the drink in the fridge for up to 2 days. Freeze brewed coffee in ice cube trays for up to 3 months. You can reheat it if desired.
