  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree Use 100% pumpkin with no added sugars or fillers.
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice syrup Substitutable with vanilla syrup mixed with spices.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 shot espresso or strong brewed coffee You can also use decaf coffee.
Toppings
  • to taste whipped cream Coconut whipped cream for a dairy-free option.
  • to taste cinnamon Can substitute with nutmeg or allspice.

Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice syrup. Turn the heat to medium and stir gently to mix all the ingredients.
  2. Continue stirring until the mixture is warm and nicely combined, avoiding boiling to prevent a grainy texture.
  3. Once warm, add the vanilla extract and the espresso or brewed coffee. Stir well to blend everything together.
  4. Carefully pour the latte into your favorite mugs.
  5. Top each mug with a generous amount of whipped cream and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
