- Begin by cutting the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Be careful to keep the egg whites intact for filling later.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Once the filling is ready, carefully spoon or pipe this mixture back into the emptied egg whites, creating a nice mound.
- To make the spiders, cut the olives in half. Place one half on top of each deviled egg for the body and use the other halves to create legs.
- Sprinkle a little paprika over the filled eggs for that extra pop of color and flavor.
- Finally, place the deviled eggs in the fridge to chill for at least 15-30 minutes to help the flavors meld together beautifully.
