  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into thin strips.
  3. Wrap the pastry strips around each chicken tender, overlapping slightly.
  4. Place the wrapped tenders on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Prepare the egg wash by whisking the egg with a bit of water and brush it over the pastry.
  6. Sprinkle the wrapped chicken tenders with parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let the chicken tenders rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
