Baking
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated, then shake off any excess.
- Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven, toss with buffalo sauce in a large mixing bowl, and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
