  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While the oven heats up, gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In another bowl, crack and beat the eggs.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in flour, shake off excess, then dip in the eggs before rolling in the cornflake mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over the chicken or toss them in a bowl to ensure even coating.
  7. Spray the chicken with cooking spray or lightly drizzle with oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Once baked, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
