Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and a wire rack on top.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Coating the Ravioli
- Dredge each ravioli in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the beaten eggs completely.
- Coat thoroughly in the panko mixture, pressing gently to help the crumbs adhere.
Baking
- Place the coated ravioli in a single layer on the wire rack without touching each other.
- Spray the tops generously with cooking spray.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, use a hot oven to retain crispiness.
