Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 pieces Fresh strawberries Choose bright red, firm strawberries for best results.
  • 1 cup White chocolate Can substitute with candy melts if desired.
  • 1 oz Dark chocolate Used for creating ghostly eyes.
  • 0.5 cup Mini chocolate chips Used for decorating the ghostly eyes.
  • 1 sheet Wax paper Can substitute with parchment paper.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash your strawberries under cool running water and gently scrub to remove dirt. Pat them dry with a clean paper towel.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Hold each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted white chocolate, swirl gently, and let excess chocolate drip off.
  4. Place the dipped strawberries on a sheet of wax paper without touching to allow for setting.
  5. Melt a small amount of dark chocolate and use a toothpick to draw ghost eyes on each strawberry, placing a mini chocolate chip in each eye while the chocolate is still soft.
  6. Let the chocolate set completely at room temperature or in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Notes

These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Optional: Use colored chocolate for variety in design.
