Preparation
- Marinate the chicken wings in buttermilk for about 30 minutes.
- Mix flour with cayenne, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
- Dredge marinated wings in the flour mixture and fry in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain wings on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan and mix with buffalo sauce.
- Toss fried wings in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Serving
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds on the wings and serve hot.
