  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for the best flavor and texture.
  • 1/2 cup sugar Can substitute with honey or maple syrup for a healthier option.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Almond extract can be used for a different flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream For a dairy-free version, use vegan whipped topping.
Layering Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Fresh strawberries can be mixed with other fruits like blueberries or peaches.
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Can substitute with crushed Oreos or digestive biscuits.
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted Coconut oil can be used as a dairy-free alternative.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Layering
  1. In jars, layer the graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter, followed by a layer of the cream cheese mixture, and then the chopped strawberries. Repeat until jars are filled.
Chilling
  1. Cover the jars and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled and enjoy the lovely layers of cheesecake and strawberries.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, making sure they are sealed tightly. While freezing is possible, the best taste is within 1-2 months.
