Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter, and beat until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  2. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  3. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes
