Croutons
  • 2 cups Bread cubes Use day-old bread for the best texture.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For toasting the croutons.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, for flavoring the croutons.
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for brightness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce, then place it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Pour a generous amount of Caesar dressing over the chopped lettuce and toss gently to coat.
Making Croutons
  1. Cut bread into cubes and heat olive oil in a pan with minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the bread cubes and toast until golden brown and crispy.
Assembling Salad
  1. Add the toasted croutons to the salad bowl and mix everything together with tongs.
  2. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss lightly once more.
