  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced Choose bright red, firm strawberries.
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be substituted with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 lime juiced Fresh lime juice for best flavor.
  • optional Fresh mint leaves for garnish Can use basil for a unique twist.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, gently combine the hulled and sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  2. In a small bowl, mix two tablespoons of honey with the juice of one lime until thoroughly combined, creating a smooth dressing.
  3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the mixed berries and gently toss to coat the berries evenly.
  4. Allow the salad to sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled in bowls, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Store the salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended for fresh berries.
