Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F.
- Once done, remove the chicken thighs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side, adding a squeeze of lemon juice before enjoying.
