  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  4. Using a brush or your hands, generously coat the chicken thighs with the garlic herb butter mixture on all sides.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F.
  2. Once done, remove the chicken thighs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  3. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side, adding a squeeze of lemon juice before enjoying.
