  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Tamari can be used for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup May replace with agave nectar if desired.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Shallots can be used for a milder flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to personal preference.

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the freshly grated ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), and minced garlic to form the base of your dressing.
  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until fully incorporated to ensure the dressing emulsifies.
  3. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  4. Serve immediately over salads or as a dip for fresh vegetables.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
