Method
 

Preparation
  1. Carefully halve the hard-boiled eggs and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add green food coloring to the yolk mixture a few drops at a time, mixing thoroughly until the desired color is achieved.
  4. Use a piping bag fitted with a star tip to fill the egg whites with the green yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle each egg with black sesame seeds and top with finely chopped chives.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, use farm-fresh eggs and avoid overcooking. These deviled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Freezing is not recommended.
