  • 4 ears ears of corn, husked Fresh corn for grilling.
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened Use room temperature butter for easy mixing.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic provides the best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is best.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat each ear of husked corn evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
Grilling
  1. Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
  2. Grill for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  3. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store grilled corn in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze leftover corn by cutting off kernels and flash freezing them. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave using a damp paper towel.
