Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Coat each ear of husked corn evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
Grilling
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
- Grill for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Store grilled corn in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze leftover corn by cutting off kernels and flash freezing them. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave using a damp paper towel.
