Preparation
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until warm.
- Add 1 lb of ground pork to the hot oil and brown it evenly, breaking it apart with a spatula, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add 2 cups of shredded cabbage to the skillet along with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, mixing well and cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until the cabbage wilts.
- Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring to combine all flavors.
- Serve the stir fry hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for about 2 months. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or microwave in intervals.
