Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and candy corn. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan and press additional candy corn pieces on top.
Baking
- Bake for 25 to 28 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan for about 45 minutes.
Serving
- Using the parchment paper overhang, lift the blondie slab out of the pan and cut into 16 bars.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
Notes
These bars can be frozen wrapped in plastic and foil for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven for the best texture.
