Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and candy corn. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan and press additional candy corn pieces on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan for about 45 minutes.
Serving
  1. Using the parchment paper overhang, lift the blondie slab out of the pan and cut into 16 bars.
  2. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.

Notes

These bars can be frozen wrapped in plastic and foil for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven for the best texture.
