For the Brownie Cake
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients per box)
For the Decoration
  • Crushed Oreo cookies Used to create 'dirt' effect.
  • Chocolate fingers or Pocky sticks Used as the fence.
  • White chocolate (melted) Molded into tombstones.
  • Black gel icing Used for writing on tombstones.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the directions on the brownie mix box. Grease or line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the brownie ingredients as directed and pour the batter into the pan. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, then let the brownies cool completely.

  1. Spread a thin layer of your favorite frosting or ganache evenly over the cooled brownies.
  2. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies generously over the frosted brownies.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape into small rectangles to form tombstones. Let them set until firm.
  4. Use black gel icing to write 'RIP' on each tombstone.
  5. Insert chocolate finger cookies or Pocky sticks upright around the edge of the brownie cake.
  6. Place the white chocolate tombstones in the crushed Oreo 'dirt' as if they are resting in the graveyard.

Notes

Ensure brownies are completely cool before adding frosting to avoid melting. Consider using gluten-free brownie mix or substituting ingredients based on preference.
