Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Carefully cut jack-o-lantern face shapes out of half of the biscuit circles.
Assembly
- On the whole biscuit circles, place a piece of hot dog, add a spoonful of BBQ sauce, and top with shredded cheese.
- Top each filled biscuit with a face-cut-out biscuit and press the edges together firmly to seal.
Baking
- Place the sealed biscuits on the lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Great for potlucks or Halloween parties! Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
