  • 3 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 3 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Optional substitutions include garlic powder.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • to taste black pepper Consider using lemon pepper for a twist.
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth Can be replaced with vegetable broth for vegetarian.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, and black pepper, stirring well to create a fragrant herb mixture.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the boneless turkey breast for optimal flavor.
Roasting
  1. Place the seasoned turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the low sodium chicken broth around the bottom of the pan.
  2. Roast the turkey for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting every 30-40 minutes.
Finishing
  1. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Slice the turkey against the grain into even pieces before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat on the stovetop with broth for moisture.
