Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, and black pepper, stirring well to create a fragrant herb mixture.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the boneless turkey breast for optimal flavor.
Roasting
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the low sodium chicken broth around the bottom of the pan.
- Roast the turkey for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting every 30-40 minutes.
Finishing
- Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Slice the turkey against the grain into even pieces before serving.
