  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast Use rotisserie or home-cooked, shredded finely.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Substitute with sour cream for richer flavor.
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Blend until smooth.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce, plus extra for drizzling Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with blue cheese dressing.
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese, divided Use mozzarella or pepper jack as alternatives.
For Serving
  • to taste celery sticks Fresh and crunchy dippers.
  • to taste whole grain crackers Add variety with baked pita chips or vegetables.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in the buffalo hot sauce and ranch dressing until evenly combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken and half (1/2 cup) of the cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  4. Drizzle with additional buffalo sauce before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with celery sticks and whole grain crackers.
  2. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
