Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt Look for thick, creamy yogurt without added sugars.
  • 3 tbsp honey Plus extra for drizzling.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Sliced if large.
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips Can substitute with dark chocolate chunks.
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds Can be replaced with flaxseed meal or hemp seeds.
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a half-inch-thick rectangle.
  4. Scatter the mixed berries, granola, mini chocolate chips, and chia seeds over the yogurt.
  5. Drizzle with extra honey and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
Serving
  1. Remove from the freezer and let sit for 3-5 minutes to soften slightly.
  2. Break into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Allow it to thaw slightly before breaking into pieces.
