  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Choose creamy peanut butter for best results.
  • 1/3 cup honey Natural sweetener.
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Approx. 30g.
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds Add texture and omega-3 fats.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Optional for sweetness.
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch kosher salt Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter and honey until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, microwave it in 15 to 20-second bursts until softened.
Combining Dry Ingredients
  1. Add the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly and then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Chilling the Mixture
  1. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
Rolling Into Balls
  1. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions using slightly damp hands and roll them into balls.
Serving
  1. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
