  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30g)
  • 3 tablespoons honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  1. Start by placing the fresh strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey, almond milk, and pure vanilla extract into your blender.
  2. Blend everything on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired, then blend again briefly to mix.
  4. Carefully pour the blended mixture evenly into 8 popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
  5. Insert the popsicle sticks gently into each mold.
  6. Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
  7. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of each mold briefly and pull the popsicles out gently.
  8. Store any leftovers in an airtight freezer bag for up to one month.
