Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Layering
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a lasagna dish.
- Place three lasagna noodles on top, followed by half of the seafood mixture, half of the mozzarella cheese, and another layer of marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layering process with three more noodles, the remaining seafood mixture, the rest of the marinara sauce, and half of the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Finish with a final layer of noodles, the remaining marinara, and top with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
Baking
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Once done, remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
This dish freezes well; wrap tightly for up to 3 months. Reheat individually on the stovetop or microwave.
